Honestly, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Compared to Moneymax and Valuemax, your service standards are far below expectations. Your system sent me an SMS notification regarding the forfeiture date, but the link provided in the message was broken. When I went down to the outlet to pay the interest, I was shocked to find out that my item had already been forfeited two days earlier. I immediately requested a one-time appeal, but your staff simply claimed that the system could not locate the record and gave various excuses instead of offering any real assistance. I have supported your company for many years, yet this is the level of service I receive. The service attitude was highly unprofessional. One department pushed the responsibility to another, and no one demonstrated a genuine willingness to help resolve the issue. What disappoints me the most is that this problem was clearly caused by a system error on your side, which prevented me from accessing the information and checking the due date. Despite this, the responsibility was entirely shifted onto me as the customer.
