For the last three days, my app won’t open. After the login screen, I’m given a message that says “something went wrong. Please verify your Internet connection and try again later.” Previous to this, the app was working fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried it on both of my phones, and done other various obvious troubleshooting. I would contact support if I could figure out how, but can’t find app support anywhere. Please help. I like the MaxiClimber a lot but the app is more useful than the YouTube videos. However, the verbal part of the work out either won’t start or will have a delay from the visual timer. Either have to get out and go back into the workout which starts the whole workout over or sometimes just pausing the workout can get the verbal to start but then there’s a delay in the sound compared to the visuals. If they happen to actually work and start at the same time if you get a text during your workout then it will throw off the sounds and get them out of sync. Have to go out and come back in but then the work out gets started over bc you can’t fast forward to where you were. ### 3/5 — The workouts takes longer than normal to load *2023-05-22* The workouts takes longer to load and the voice takes long to play.
