Sometimes you’re unable to clock in and when you are able to clock in, sometimes you’re unable to clock out which causes the office to constantly call you to find out why you didn’t. I think it’s ridiculous that you have to uninstall and reinstall this app often because the versions aren’t working and it has nothing to do with Internet service… ### 2/5 — Update, 08/10/26 *2026-08-13, version 4.0.0* Many occurrences of a lag when logging in, attempting to bring up visits, etc. Make the text larger please. The Face ID icon is munchkin, almost non existent, and tasks are tiny, too. Please fix. ### 2/5 — Bad update *2026-08-11, version 4.0.0* This app works better before the recent update. I don’t know whose idea it was to have white lettering on a light gray background, but it makes it very difficult to read. Your facial recognition button is now barely visible because it’s so small. It’s slower to load anything you click on. The improvements should include loading faster and showing how many hours are left to report for respite. Called company I work for, no response from them. It continues to all of a sudden reset my PW for no reason & now has kicked me off completely. Cannot get paid. This app truly is the worse!! A lot of complaints from co-workers! ### 2/5 — Fold Phones Optimization *2025-07-30, version 3.9.7* This app needs to be optimized for the new fold phones coming out. The app currently can’t be used to take pictures in order to submit notes through the fold phones. The reasoning behind this is because the aspect ratio on the fold phones is off every time you need to take a picture in the app, not allowing you to even press the capture photo button. I would love for this to be fixed!!!! ### 1/5 — C *2025-07-07, version 3.9.7* This app is the worse app I have ever delt with. It take forever to upload and submit data, and you have to keep submitting it until it goes through. ### 3/5 — CCA Suggestions *2025-05-03, version 3.9.7* The App should have a confirm button for ending the shift. The End Button is way too easy to hit. A confirmation would help.
