Mobile work anytime, anywhere 
Take full advantage of the portability of the APP, which enables you to handle property management matters at any time, anywhere. Whether you are in the office, are patrolling the community, or on the way out, you only need a mobile phone to complete the work, truly realize the mobile office, work efficiency has been greatly improved. 
 
Guest module 
In the community security management, the visitor system is a crucial part. Our APP provides security personnel with convenient and efficient visitor management. When a visitor comes, security personnel can quickly enter visitor information through the APP, including name, ID number, reason for visit, information of the interviewee, etc. The APP will automatically generate a dedicated visitor QR code or verification code, which visitors can use to enter the community. At the same time, the system will record the visitor's entry time in real time, and when the visitor leaves, the security personnel will scan the QR code or confirm the verification code again, and record the departure time. 
As a property manager, you can view detailed visitor entry and exit records anytime and anywhere in the APP. These records are presented in the form of a clear list, including key content such as visitor name, entry and exit time, and respondent information. You can also filter and search by date, time period, interviewees and other criteria to facilitate the analysis and traceability of visitors. If abnormal visitors are found, appropriate measures can be taken in time to effectively ensure the safety of the community and put the community under strict security protection. 
 
House Delivery module 
The handover process is an important process for both the property and the owner, and our APP makes the process faster and more accurate. The delivery handler can easily process the delivery information through the APP. In the early stage of delivery, the processor can use the APP to check the housing list of delivery, which details the room number, owner information, and delivery schedule of each house. 
When the delivery starts, the processor can quickly input all the information in the delivery process in the APP, such as the acceptance status of the house, including the inspection results of walls, floors, water and electricity facilities and other aspects; The number and type of keys collected by the owner; Handover of relevant documents, such as house quality guarantee, instruction manual, etc. At the same time, the APP supports the photo uploading function, and the processor can take photos of the actual situation of the house site and save them together with the housing delivery data, providing strong evidence for possible problems in the future. These delivery data will be uploaded to the server in real time, which is convenient for other relevant departments of the property to query and use, ensure the smooth progress of the delivery work, improve the efficiency and quality of the entire delivery process, and bring great convenience to both the owner and the property.
