I Asked bot why i could not hear it’s voice and it said, the developer went to text only option with recent update. Who wants to text a still frame picture? I was expecting more. Also, after already paying for an unlimited subscription i kept getting a prompt for a one time $2.99 fee to make 10 calls. Lots of bugs, not user friendly at all. Wasted my time and money. Steer clear of this one. **Developer response:** You need to click the green call button to make a call (talk) did you click on that one? I already have the code for the avatar to move, but it would be too clunky if I make it move (responses will take longer) it's a sacrifice I have to do until I can find a way to streamline the video (avatar moving). The prompt for 2.99 is to receive a private image from the character. thanks for your feedback. ### 1/5 — Expensive and Bad *2023-12-29* Too expensive for what you get. Like WAY too expensive. The photo generator was fun but I couldn’t find a way to download the photos created. AI was wonky, bad memory, and refused to participate in some normal conversations like a person with a bad attitude. I have used quite a few AI apps and this is probably one of the worst I’ve come across. **Developer response:** the photos can be downloaded in the gallery menu 🏞️. The AI is realistic like a person, so sometimes is cranky, most of the times in a good mood as I tried to recreate a real person. Give it another chance, try it tomorrow, it also depends of the person she's interacting with. ### 1/5 — App simply doesn’t work *2023-11-26* App doesn’t do anything. It’s a hodge-podge of functions that don’t hang together. They should pull it and re-release when it actually has some functionality. Right now it just does one-off conversations. I can’t believe how much they are asking for. The functionality is poor, it asks to describe the look and when you do it keeps asking that same question. Buggy. Plus seeing developer responses stating a customer’s review is defamatory or false feels defensive. I would never buy a product sight unseen…which is exactly what this is. ### 1/5 — Complete garbage *2023-09-25* I can’t see what all the other positive ratings are based on. The bot made all kinds of assumptions about things I never said and were very insulting. The responses often made no sense in the context of the conversation. It completely ignored the profile I typed up for the character. Whenever I tried to tell the bot there was a problem, it denied it and came up with even crazier responses. I tried the lowest priced subscription and even that feels like a waste of money. Don’t bother with this app as is. Please request a refund if you actually paid (I actually doubt you paid as I cannot find your purchase in the apple database) and you'll get 100% your money back ### 2/5 — Not worth it *2023-10-29* This app doesn’t have auto spell correct, which is horrible. The characters do not send images. The only plus is that the AI art generator WILL create whatever background avatar you want, but beyond that it is weak. It's a shame because they're closing their LLMs and blocking freedom of speech. I am working to train my own model and it will be ready in a few days, possibly tomorrow. if you bought a year subscription wait a few days and that model will be ok again. in the meantime use the other moods as necessary. thanks for your patience and understanding ### 3/5 — The road ahead *2023-12-31* So bought the yearly subscription to support the author, while the image generation is pretty good where the a.i really needs work is in its responses to the user input. Now maybe it’s just me but a few word responses isn’t enough for roleplay purposes, I need more details lol. Here’s hoping the ai is able to create detailed responses similar to what some other ai products can do. Still, I’ll be tracking this ai over the year and let’s see where it goes. **Developer response:** thanks for the feedback, can you give me examples of other ai products that do it well? also a response to see how I can improve it. The roleplay gets very accurate if you add a background to the character and a situation ("background: she was abandoned by her parents and doesn't trust anybody", situation: "she became a bank robber"). In addition the AI is programmed to be multidimensional, meaning somedays is in a good mood, somedays in a bad mood, like a real person.
