Eventually I managed to pay my bill either thru Bank Islam or CIMB account on 24 Dec 2024. After my account being deducted I return back to Maxis apps and the interface keep hanging and accidentally return back to home page which still showing outstanding amount. Today I received email notification indicate nonpayment being made and when I tracked back to both my account seems like no payment being made. Pls enlighten me regarding discrepancy on my account. 6 Dec 2025 Already paid on 21 Nov 2025. For the past few weeks, my mobile data and WiFi connection at home have not been working properly. I am unable to go online or make calls, which has caused me a lot of inconvenience. Today, even when I was at my office, I still could not make any calls or use the internet. When I tried to contact Maxis using another person’s phone, the call kept looping at the dial page, asking me to go to WhatsApp for assistance, and then repeating the same message again. After many attempts, I finally managed to reach Maxis customer service through WhatsApp. The agent, Priya, kept repeating the same automated message and asking me to click a link to file a complaint. I informed her that the link could not be accessed, but she continued to send the same message repeatedly, without providing any real solution. This experience shows a lack of proper customer service and technical support from Maxis. I am very disappointed as their service quality has dropped significantly over the years. Paying them RM700+ every month, buy their plan on devices as well. I felt regret to be part of them, they have been given very bad experience to me from time to time. Internet coverage is limited, very slow internet, expansive & high payment, buying their devices is totally not worth it! They plan to give more to new user & want to go further on new stuff but they couldn’t stabilise their basics, who suffers in the end? THE OLD USER. How untrustworthy of Maxis! But when it comes to canceling those services, suddenly, the app is useless. You’re forced to call their hotline and go through a whole series of verifications just to turn off something you never needed in the first place.
