Not user-friendly, you have to re-sign up each time you login, it doesn’t remember your payment information no matter how many times you enter it, even though you sign up for auto refill it doesn’t recognize it. By the time you’re done, you’ll need a new phone because you’ve tossed it across the room out of frustration.

The app hardly works. You can’t X out pages and links don’t load or open new window. Website is just as bad, items not loading and not user friendly at all.

Maxor needs to completely start over on this app. Doesn’t work. I have done everything customer service suggested to do. There is no technical support whatsoever.

OMG!  I’d give the app a Zero if I could!  The whole point is to cleanly order extant prescriptions and then follow these through the process., like so:
Order your med,  On order, Being Processed, Enroute, ETA
But No!!!  These aren’t possible, in fact sometimes I found even simple ordering wasn’t possible!  (Must I write the code, oh I forgot - someone in a foreign country must be writing the code to save money...)
Skip the anguish, call the actual people at Maxor

This app just doesn’t work, its a waste of space and does not let you manage or complete anything.
To get anything done you have to either use the website (which is also not user friendly) or call.
Completely disappointing
