It works perfectly for me because I need someone to tell me what exercises to do for different parts of my body. It makes a customized workout for exactly what my needs are. I also love the visuals it provides.

I’m on the go a lot and don’t always have a gym or free weights to access for fitness. sometimes I bring along my resistance bands or just need to use body weight. Lazy ripped quickly and efficiently generates very specific focused workouts for me no matter where I am! It is like having a paid personal trainer with you all the time! 
if I could give 10 stars, I would!  Highly recommend!

What’s not measured or managed will never change! Knowing that makes using apps like LazyRipped sooo much more impactful to my fitness routine. I also love that I can quickly and mindlessly generate a workout for whatever equipment/machines are available when I’m traveling or if I’m doing an at home workout. It’s a one stop shop for tracking my workouts and maintaining consistency!
