Stay away from! Scummy outfit ### 1/5 — 3 goals *2026-08-21, version 4.6.30* Why are the descriptions for each goal you ask me during setup not fitting in the screen? ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-08-17, version 4.6.6* Tried signing up with my Apple account and my Google account. Both accounts after signing up would just go back into the sign in page. But never allowed me to sign in. Tried multiple times with both account types. Forced exited the app and went in later and the app is just stuck on the loading screen where you see the cards flipping. I saw “ready to go” whatever it is multiple times, but would just keep spinning. If I can’t sign in. How can I use it? ### 1/5 — Double Charged, Then Downgraded *2026-08-15, version 4.6.6* I subscribed to MaxRewards Gold after my trial ended and was charged twice for the same membership. I contacted MaxRewards for help but received no response, so I disputed only one of the duplicate charges with my bank. The bank refunded that duplicate payment and left the other $108 charge in place. Instead of correcting the billing issue, MaxRewards later downgraded my account even though I still paid for the Gold membership. It has now been over a month with no meaningful help or resolution, so I may have no choice but to dispute the remaining charge as well. The concept is great, and the app worked very well during the trial. Unfortunately, once the trial ended, I started experiencing billing problems, account-syncing issues, and discovered that not all credit cards are supported.
