No update whatsoever, tried to reach out to the branch phone #, no answer, tried the email, it bounced back. I had to go to the branch to get some answer and guess what? They said they do not accept orders via this app and they did not receive my order. In the end I wasted my time and energy, and just asked them to cancel my order. Still waiting for my refund. Also, the app still says my order status is PREPARING FOOD, today is 6/20.
