Instead of trying to infer what is appropriate for your children based on behavior or demographics, Maxthon's Kid Safe browser keeps it drop dead simple: Parents set up a safe web environment by creating a safe list of websites they want to allow their kids to access. (You can use the Kid Safe browser's pre-selected list of award-winning, age appropriate sites or enter your own.) Access to any url from web domains NOT in your safe list will be blocked. Really disappointed. ### 3/5 — I cannot add web sites *2015-06-14* I have been using Maxthon since the classic version came out and I refuse to use anything else. But the kid's version is confusing. It would be nice if we had some sites to get us started. Which it looked like we did. All we got was a blank browser? It did not even want to accept the sites I put in. I wii be back to try later. Unfortunately all the other "kid safe" browsers allow them to use google to search the web. They say that they filter the results. Not good enough. Try and type in spring break in one of those searches and click images! Not good enough for me.
