### 1/5 — Terrible App - Repeatedly Freezes on iPad.

The app freezes for a split second then goes again, freezes, then goes. Repeatedly. I’ve uninstalled it, reinstalled it and gotten the same thing. TelMAX has no solution for the problem. Here is a thought… get someone to write your app so it actually works with your service. Other internet TV companies can do that why can’t TelMAX?

The following 40 Telmax MaxView channels are malfunctioning on iPadOS 18.3 (freezing video)…There are no issues with any channels using iPhone OS 18.3:

TelMax internet is fantastic…their MaxView TV service has been very disappointing!

Wrought with issues. Consistently glitchy.  Lost an entire Sunday of football (outage) which happens very regularly with a variety of error codes.  When watching, tv will spontaneously repeat/replay which wouldn't be bad if only once but occurs repeatedly.  The savings in comparison to Bell/Rogers just not worth it.  Oh, and promised network speeds not even close.

App works okay on the phone, but it would be really helpful to have an option to use chromecast from the app
