I can see my coverage, costs and copays for medical dental and vision. Also has a cool way to link with a Fitbit which gets me rewards through my employer (Amazon gift cards!). I wish I didn't have to log in every time though - this needs Touch ID badly. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t update without redeeming your gift cards! *2019-05-07, version 5.0.10* I don’t mind the new update. The Face ID login feature is nice. My only problem— and a huge one at that- is when I updated the app, all my history through the Fitbit program disappeared, along with my accumulated earned coins for gift cards! I’m currently on a back and forth with support about it. But it’s extremely discouraging to see all your hard work disappear. Please fix this and let me redeem my earned gift cards! ### 1/5 — Fails When Needed Most *2018-08-17, version 4.5.0* Every time I need this app it fails to work. Today I opened it, loved me out right off the bat. Logging in just shows loading animation, then fails to do anything. No errors, nothing. Tried incorrect login and got errors as expected. Using correct login, just sits on the login. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. No difference. Logged in to website afterwards with the exact same data just fine. App is junk. Don’t bother relying on it for your important docs. Just go online & print out everything. Why can’t you at least have a digital copy of our insurance card? There’s also no phone number on the app to call for pre-approvals for doctor visits. What’s the point of the app?
