Thank you - Sam ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2025-09-21, version 2.3.1* The sequence on activating new esim was wrong, which i did find it absurd for them to say first remove your esim on your old device when the correct one should be them advising you to get a new esim first. I KNOW esim can be used only once, what i didn’t know and was careless of was I DIDNT KNOW requesting for esim cannot be done via app and i had to call in, welcome to 2000. What was worse was that u had to sign up for a new line, a new number so you can call in, then they told me you need to have another number for verification cause they cant call you on this number, omg.
