There's lots of genuinely useful material here, and I think it will most helpful for men. For one, as a girl, the advice seems really basic. Change your pillowcase, switch to silk/satin, use Vitamin C for skin evenness. Also, since it's powered by AI, there's only so much it can tell you as far as flattering outfits or hairstyles go --- all your suggestions will be for a straight haired white girl or your typical afro/3-4 level coils in a bob. Ex. my hair is 2c, none of their haircut suggestions made any sense. Also no real color analysis hair or makeup or clothing wise. Super super basic. As for outfits, I didn't find it useful, and women are probably more familiar with Kibbe/flattering fits than an AI app could ever be. I probably would have given this a 3/5 if it weren't for the double charge. 9.99 once for facial analysis, and AGAIN for hair/outfits. That's just greedy! And definitely not a service worth $20! I'd say, if you're a man who knows nothing about self care, yes, this may be worth 20 for you. If you're an average lady, no. There's nothing new here.

Charged me 60 in 1 week for a free trial I cancelled also you can't see your subscription in settings like everything else you have to go through a website to do it genuinely such a money grab $28 per week per different thing you want do not buy no matter what working on getting my refund now

One pound they asked me, now i’m getting declined charges from the app everyday asking for 15 pound. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription but on the app they say it’s “inactive” when it clearly isn’t. I’ve emailed about this error twice now but i haven’t gotten a response back however, I keep receiving emails from the people of the app to pay my subscription. So you guys intentionally trap users into buying your scam and won’t bother to reply to my email just for your financial benefit? If i could give negative stars i absolutely would because this needs to be fixed asap

So, keep in mind I never subscribed to anything. I downloaded this app out of boredom. Never agreed for a subscription and there is no subscription listed for this app in my list in my settings. HOWEVER, they keep trying to charge me $39.99 CONSTANTLY. I am currently broke, so they have all been declined. I have reached out to customer support and they say they can’t find an account with my email address. So, what’s up? Why the hidden charge when I never agreed to pay for anything?

I do love using this app. It keeps me disciplined and gives me ways I can improve myself and track my progress. What I would love to have on this app is this. I know the app has reports for style and your face but it would be much better to add a body report so people can track the progress of their physique. It would be a great idea to implement

I’m 31 and honestly downloaded this out of boredom. Saw an ad and thought it was just a face scan gimmick. Turns out it’s actually helpful. The scan was way more detailed than I thought, told me where I’m slacking and gave me a plan to fix it. Skin care tips, haircut advice, even little things like beard shape. Stuck with it for about 2 months now and yeah, I look better. The part I didn’t expect is a personality part. Tells you where you’re weak (confidence for me) and gives you small tasks.

Ok so I only downloaded this because of the face scan ad lol. Was curious about my score. First, the scan is cool but what comes after is better. It gives you steps to improve your face, skin, hair, etc. Nothing extreme, just easy stuff you can actually do. Overall good, but could use more clothing advice. Everything else (skin, hair, grooming) is on point.

This is not some magic app that changes you overnight. But if you actually do what it says, the results are real. It scanned my face, told me my strong points (eyes and cheekbones) and weak points (skin quality, early wrinkles). Then it gave me a step-by-step routine. I’ve tried YouTube tips before, but the problem is they’re random. This app actually tells YOU what YOU need. That’s what makes it different. Biggest change for me is skin. My haircut looks better, too.
