I cannot log in. When I try, it asks who my provider is. My provider is Buckeye. I select that option and it brings me to a buckeye log in page. It asks for my email/password. I put in my credentials and it says “username: is unique but a non-unique value is provided”. I know it is not an issue of not knowing my buckeye email/password information because I can go to the buckeye website, use the same email/password, and get into my buckeye account.
