Very poor for an expensive system.  Trying to reset password and each time they send the verification code after the time limit to input it.

If you change WiFi it’s impossible to change on the app and so the cameras do t work. There is ZERO support for this online. Don’t buy MaxxOne Elite cameras. They are rubbish and no of course they don’t show colour picture at nighttime. It’s a lie.

Had trouble for the last few months accessing the cameras on iPhone. Whenever I go to open the app it doesn’t load! Thought this would have been resolved by now but still nothing! Any updates on a bug fix for this?????????

Was fine up until last month. Constant crashing whenever I access any of my cameras or select playback. Please can this bug be resolved!!!

Have a new cctv system which is useless if can only see what is happening when I can look out if window and see for myself.

The flag as offline or unexpected error.  My lan network and upload speeds are perfect.  The cause is the update.

Really poor.

I’ve been having trouble using the app whilst not at home or not on WIFI.
My 4g provider EE claim it’s not their signal, so please can you see if 4g supports the app?
This is frustrating as you only tend to want to look at your camera when not at home.

Convenient and easy to set up, issues at the moment with iOS re exporting clips to iPhone X pro library, hopefully an update will solve the matter or referral to different app.
