Lalu dihubungi oleh stafnya lewat whatsapp ternyata jadwalnya tidak ada jam 9.30 tapi jam 10.00, saya oke dengan perubahan jadwal tersebut. Kemudian di hari H, 2 jam sebelum jadwal, saya dihubungi kembali dan ternyata ada perbedaan harga, dimana harga yang tertera di aplikasi hanya untuk makeup, jadi untuk makeup dan hairdo harganya adalah Rp742.500, padahal jelas-jelas dicantumkan di aplikasi harga tersebut adalah untuk makeup dan hairdo. Pemberitahuan yang mendadak ini terkesan ingin membuat customer tidak punya pilihan lain.
