I got charged twice the conversion fees because the app have bad design.
Maybe it’s time to hire a UX/UI !

Tried login multiple times to redeem reward points expire end 2025. Each time an OTP sms is sent successfully but upon keying the OTP, there was a msg that there is a network connection error.

Note that I can successfully login in with OTP msg for other bank apps on the same day.

The app is so bad that the developer and their manager should be fired for incompetency and complacency. 2024 and it forces you to login with password everytime. No faceid or remember password. Notifications don’t work. If Maybank paid a dollar for every bug in this app, I’d be a millionaire tomorrow.
