It’s so frustrating to be in the middle of a transaction, and have to pause to update my app before I can finish what I was doing. I’ve never used an app that has so many frequent updates and that won’t allow you to continue without updating. ### 1/5 — I’m concerned with app security *2021-12-29, version 8.5* App wise, it’s quite usable. However, there is no log off function. I felt my user name is just being masked. It is not necessary. These days, cyber security should be given top priority. Why is my masked user name even shown before I log in. I recently misplaced my phone and had the opportunity to review what it will be like if I’d lost my phone. The first and last two characters are reviewed. With shorter username, I would have guessed. My selected picture with my chosen phrase is also displayed before I even attempt to login. Why give away so much info and yet you are doing away with TAC and mandate app. Maybank, if you are serious about cyber security, please review your app design. You should allow users to paste their password in from their respective Password Managers. The MAE wallet is also terribly designed. So difficult to use and activate, horrible user interface. All around failure. I started fro M2U website, need secure2u to complete it but can’t because need to update.. so I need to wait M2U countdown to finish.. update my app, and re-do again. Switched to Public Bank app which works and is more reliable. ### 1/5 — UPDATE: APP BROKEN & NO MULTIPLE USER ACCOUNTS *2021-01-30, version 7.5* ACTUAL RATING -5 STARS Using ipad pro ios 14.3 update from 3 years ago. multiple user accounts (with diff usernames) are still not available. Recently, when you use the app, MENU WILL NOT OPEN. It is also registering double taps instead of a single tap eg i want to send 1000 - what will come out will be 11000. I have to long press each numeral to get 1000. App is getting worse and worse. Not to mention the loooong loading time or won’t open at all after sign-in. update to my earlier comment on 30 sep. with latest update you can add multiple accounts BUT those accounts MUST have the same username. STUPID!!!!! 3 family member has an MBB account. We all use my iPad to use the MBB app. How are we to use the app when we have different usernames (a security feature). So does this mean we have to go the bank and put in one common username!!!!!! STUPID STUPID STUPID!!!!!!!! with latest update, still can't log in with multiple users. i cannot believe that in this day and age of global technology, MBB does not have IT savvy personnel. if you do not have an in-house tech, then for god's sake pay someone. No delay in updating paid cards, everything moved quickly and does what it says it will do. Hats off to your app development team. I’ve used HL Connect and CIMB Clicks.
