DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”. This happens on Edge and Chrome with Secure DNS (Cloudflare) setting. Strangely, Maybank2u MY website no such issue. Tested other banks’ website also no issue. Tested Secure DNS setting disabled in browsers give positive results Maybank2u SG website will load can login. Have been using same laptop same settings, this issue came up only recent months. Previously APP same issue, had feedback and fixed for now. Thank you. Appreciate take a look at website DNS resolver issue. Prefer to use Secure DNS for banking purpose. ### 2/5 — Unable to log in *2025-08-01, version 9.6* [FEINO1] Please check your internet connection and try again. I’m using mobile app on wifi. Tried removing the app and reinstall still the same error. Forgot login details why do I need to key in my PIN? Isn’t it dangerous to key in PIN and card details not knowing whether it’s due to scam unable to log in. Decide to log in via web, and Transaction declined. Really like the branch queue feature if you would want to get something done in person. Not sure about why some of the other reviews here are so vicious. I am now unable to log in as the app requires a physical security token to proceed. This is a major step backward in user experience and convenience, especially when most banks have transitioned to digital tokens or biometric verification. As a customer who relies on mobile banking for daily transactions, I find it highly inconvenient to carry a physical token around. If this issue is not addressed soon, I will seriously consider closing my account and switching to a bank that offers more practical and accessible digital solutions. I hope Maybank will urgently review this change and offer a digital alternative to ensure a seamless and secure mobile banking experience. ### 1/5 — Poor new app *2025-06-05, version 9.0* Can the developer test the function properly b4 releasing. So many bugs. 1st,download register get sms otp but no keyboard to key in. Week later new app update k/b appear try register again ask for input otp from token. (May i know Is Maybank still using old fix token?). Go down to branch get counter to help also take some time to solve. Next day try update contact n Save, 3days later receive confirmation letter log-in check found not update, try update again Save n check no update again. Hello Maybank What happened to your new app? ### 1/5 — Clunky app *2025-06-04, version 9.0* In first place I had trouble setting up this app as the security notification was sent to my old app that I had already deleted. Today I tried to login and I was asked to renter the password repeatedly, while there’s a foot note that says update your app. If you want me to update the app, why do you even allow me to get into the login process entering the password? Please think through the workflow and your messaging. It just leads to frustration. ### 1/5 — Unclear instructions, insufficient details *2025-06-03, version 9.0* Using it only for credit card billing and the new version is missing the info on the Full Payment amt for the month, making payment difficult. Also, it keeps prompting me to upgrade to new version but the downloading does not start in app store.
