Can’t track order and can’t add new payment methods

The app is good to order on, as for waiting for the order, the app is never updated or updated too late. We waited an hour and a half for a meal and when we ate it, it was cold and chips tasted stale. This has happened more than 3 times that we’ve ordered off the app. If we ever do order from here again, we will call and order and ask for a wait time or go in and order.
