I am 76, already a Mayo patient, but I can’t figure out how to use/get onto app

The app generally won't let me log in most of the time. Even when it does, it often didn't correctly save the recording, so that's time wasted.

The app seems to work OK for me but it keeps asking me to update. When I go to this App Store just says to open. Sometimes it seems to miss the voice recordings I put on each day.
