## What is Mayo?

From call time to invoice. Buy once. No subscription.

Mayo: Film Crew Toolkit helps cinematographers, videographers, camera crews and freelance editors track film, television and commercial production work, post-production time and invoices in one place.

TRACK YOUR PRODUCTION DAY
Record Call, Lunch, Back In and Wrap. Edit recorded times when schedules change or you need to make a correction. Keep your latest jobs at the top of a searchable history, review a day and share a job PDF.

TURN JOB DAYS INTO INVOICES
Create a standalone invoice or import multiple days from the same job. Generate an invoice directly from history with job details already filled in. Save your company details, contact information, logo and payment instructions for reuse.

SHARE PROFESSIONAL INVOICE PDFs
Include a job name, optional purchase order number, itemized charges and clearly labeled payment terms such as NET 15, NET 30 or NET 90. Share a compact, styled PDF with your company details. Track draft, sent, paid and overdue invoices; completed sharing marks draft invoices as sent.

TRACK POST-PRODUCTION
Organize post-production jobs with stages, deadlines and hourly rates. Use a dedicated start/stop timer, take a break and resume the same job in a new session.

KEEP YOUR RECORDS
Export and restore backups of your records. No account is required.

BUILT FOR YOUR WORKING DAY
A refreshed navy, yellow and cream design keeps the timer, history, invoices and post-production tools together, with a brief opening animation that respects Reduce Motion.

BUY IT ONCE. MAKE IT PART OF YOUR KIT.
Your tools should not come with another monthly bill. Mayo is a one-time purchase with no subscription.
