This app is a scam. I made an order for delivery. Then called them an hour later and was told they didn’t have my order or any drivers. But the transaction was showing in my bank account. They advised me to come down to the shop to get a refund. So I’ve gone from wanting food delivered, to having to go and collect a refund. I didn’t have an apology at any point. They made out it was my problem because they didn’t receive my order on their app. As I left the shop I heard her say “What a ****”.
