Pour l’application, je rejoins les autres, avis postés où il faut à chaque fois, se reconnecter et refaire l’appairage Bluetooth avec le robot et quelques données sont mémoriseées comme la piscine a des marches par exemple, et d’autres ne sont pas comme les dimensions de la piscine … C’est mon troisième retour du SAV Où les deux derniers retours, Maytronics disent ne rien constater dans leur bassin Pourtant il ne fonctionnait pas dans le mien car je l’ai acheté pour mon bassin pas pour le leur Je leur ai transmis les numéros d’erreur qui semblent etre des nombres aléatoires avec commun unité la minute allez comprendre … Là-dessus, pas un seul mot Tout va bien pour eux car ça fonctionne chez eux. Enfin c’est ce qu’ils disent… Le robot a été retourné avec les filtres non nettoyés … Est-ce vraiment bien sérieux ? Pour être complet au retour du premier SAV, ils avaient changé et le moteur et les batteries au bout de trois mois d’utilisation J’avais envisager d’acheter le skimmy. J’ai bien fait d’attendre car lorsqu’on voit le SAV d’un Robot de ce prix on a vraiment pas envie de faire confiance à cette entreprise à nouveau ### 1/5 — Pas pratique. *2026-06-07* Elle ne garde même pas l’historique des nettoyages, on ne voit même pas les mises à jours. impossible de voir l’avancée du robot quant il nettoie. ### 1/5 — Inutilisable *2026-06-06* Chaque fois que je ferme l’application, je perds l’appairage avec le robot. Je le demande à quoi sert cette application. ### 1/5 — Inutile en l’état *2026-05-25* J’ai le robot EON 100, on nous vend dans la fiche produit que le robot est connecté, qu’on peut avoir la température de l’eau après un nettoyage, ce n’est pas du tout le cas. De plus, si on clique par erreur sur le + sur la page d’accueil, impossible de revenir en arrière, obligé de reconfigurer entièrement le robot. Comme le robot perds la connexion dès qu’il va sous l’eau, l’intérêt de l’appli est très limité. On ne peut pas voir la batterie en temps réel. Email et code de confirmation à ressaisir systématiquement. Un comble pour un robot connecté vendu 1200€. Si votre département développement ne sait pas maintenir une session utilisateur ouverte, il faut recruter des développeurs compétents. Corrigez ce bug immédiatement, c'est la base. Si vous n’en avez pas, je vous fait une mission free-lance. ### 1/5 — À fuir tout simplement *2026-05-09* Application tellement nulle et buggée que l’utilisation du robot dernière génération Eon 120d est rendue impossible. Rien ne marche, ni wifi ou Bluetooth qui décrochent sans arrêt, des connections souvent impossibles, la programmation et les réglages, si tant est qu’on puisse y accéder, ne sont pas prises en compte par le robot, les rapports d’activité sont faux, …, temps perdu, argent perdu, nerfs à vif !! Surtout, n’achetez leurs robots que si vous aimez les galères et les résultats plus que décevants. ### 1/5 — The worst *2026-04-14* I agree with everyone commenting, the app has zero features, I have to re-register the cleaner & reconnect every time I open the app. Cleaner appears to work as advertised but the app literally does nothing.. horrible. ### 1/5 — Hard to find a worse app *2026-04-06* Terrible app. Need to reconnect everytime. Doesnt give any feedback. Easier to just drop the dolphin in the pool. Waste of time ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Lack of auto scheduling *2026-08-28* I have the new Skimmi 300 solar pool skimmer. This app is pretty useless as far as automation. Regardless of which cleaning setting I select, the Skimmi always stops the next day and I have to manually go in the app again to start the skimmer again. This kind of defeats the purpose of a solar pool skimmer that is supposed to always be on the lookout for falling leaves. There is a cleaning mode called Eco that has a choice of session and pause times, but even this mode stops the next day! The app does not show anywhere how often the cleanings are supposed to repeat, or the duration of the other special cleaning modes. I had to find out the hard way through experimenting that it just stops! I hope that Dolphin will fix this major design defect with an app or firmware update soon, otherwise I’m returning this piece of junk. ### 1/5 — Not well thought out *2026-08-27* If you accidentally hit Add another device, there is no reversing out of it. What a stupid app. I’m now stuck in this loop where I have to remove the app completely and reinstall it. Completely shut down my phone. And rebooted it. Nothing works. The app is stuck in this perpetual loop. ### 1/5 — Terrible product *2026-08-03* Neither the robot or the app work. You have to restart or reset the app or the robot after every charge. The robot does not clean the entire pool. Utter disappointment. I’ve had it for less than a season and I got ripped off. ### 1/5 — App Connectivity Issues *2026-07-30* There is an issue with the Liberty 600 in which the app will not select Ultra Clean mode which can only be selected through the app. This issue was reported to Maytronics support, but no resolution was provided. Certains écrans de l’application n’ont pas de retour arrière ce qui signifie reconfigurer le robot à chaque fois. Mot de passe wifi impossible au delà de 32 caractères et j’ai de forts doutes sur l’efficacité du robot qui semble se déplacer de façon aléatoire et laisse des zones non nettoyées ! Fuyez! ### 1/5 — Gadget dysfonctionnel *2026-07-04* C’est bien de vendre des robots connectés qui se veulent modernes. Encore faudrait-il que les fonctionnalités vendues soient fonctionnelles : - réglage de la connexion du robot au wifi très aléatoire et laborieuse, même en plaçant le robot à seulement 1m de la box internet. On perd patience, ça ne fonctionne pas, et au bout de la 10ème ou 15ème tentative cela fonctionne par miracle sans rien avoir fait de particulier à part insister… - l’historique d’utilisation du robot affiché dans l’appli est complètement loufoque : robot tout neuf (historique vierge avant le 1er cycle), utilisé seulement pour trois cycles de 120min chacun. L’appli m’affiche déjà 10 cycles et 26h de fonctionnement :) En dehors de l’appli, le robot (EON100) est très bien. I live in Florida where leaves and pollen and insects and berries and all sorts of things are constantly falling into my pool. With this app I can keep my pool clean without having to pay for a pool service. ### 5/5 — Great cleaner *2026-05-09* Love this cleaner. Cleans the pool great and love the clicker to make it come to me when I need to pull it out of the water. ### 5/5 — Dolphin EON 120 *2026-04-09* Love how it has options to clean floor only, walls only or the entire pool. It also has different cleaning methods you can select from the App. Battery last couple cleanings to full week pending what cleaning method you select. Charges in 2 hours so it’s ready to go again fairly quick. It moves around the pool fast and efficiently, cleaning well. I have a mesquite tree that dumps tiny leaves all over the pool but not an issue for this cleaner. The filter is also pretty big and holds a lot of debris. Maintenance on this cleaner is easy! It is heavy to pull out when it’s full of water but no different than any other robotic cleaner. Mine came with a hook to pickup the cleaner, but I would recommend getting “the clicker” so obtaining the vacuum is much more efficient and less time consuming. I do struggle with the app at times with connecting to the cleaner, and lack of notifications received due to this, but this aside this cleaner is amazing! Did I mention it climes the walls and steps with ease, and it scrubs your tile! ### 5/5 — Dolphin EON pool cleaner *2026-04-08* Dolphin EON Review I’ve been using the Dolphin EON for about a month now, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my pool. No more hooking up hoses, dealing with tangles, or getting soaked while setting things up. After the initial charge, I ran it in full cleaning mode, and it covered every square inch of the pool. It climbed the walls effortlessly, cleaned the steps, and handled the bottom with no problem. It ran for around two hours, and my pool has never looked better. When it’s done, I just shake the clicker right under the water’s surface, and it wakes up—very cool—and climbs the nearest wall so I can easily grab it, either by hand or using the included hook that attaches to my pool pole. Cleaning the filter is simple too. It pops right out, opens easily, and rinses clean with a hose. Then I plug it back into the charger so it’s ready for next time. Now, every three or four days, I just drop it in on “floor only” mode and let it do its thing. There’s also an app that lets me control it from my phone. I paired it with my iPhone without any issues and found it very easy to use. I’m not especially tech-savvy, so I really appreciate how straightforward the instructions were. Without a doubt, this is the best pool cleaner I’ve ever owned. My only regret is not getting it sooner. I’m a very happy Dolphin owner and highly recommend it. ### 3/5 — Liberty 600 *2026-01-20* The app does not proved valid real time feedback once eco is set absolutely no idea as to what part of the cycle it is at when cleaner is in the pool. Needs to be a timer related option on the app based on the function selected. This app not been updated in 7 months. Not a fan of the app. Like the Liberty 600 ### 2/5 — Schedule limitations for skimmi *2026-07-22* Got the skimmi 300 with Maytronics one app. Maintaining connection is sporadic and requires multiple app reinstalls to re pair. Desperately needs more scheduling options for night time. We don’t want it to run at night due to neighbours but there’s no option apart from physically removing it from the water. The older skimmi app used to offer this nighttime pause feature. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2026-05-25* Why do I keep having to sign in and go through the whole process of identifying my Dolphin each time I go into the app?
