والجوال كان مفصول بسبب الفاتوره بغير رقم الجوال مافي اي فايده اتواصل مع خدمة العملاء يقول بنرفع لك شكوى ارفع شكوى واتصل بعد كم يوم يقول بسوي لك تصعيد مافي اي فايده اكثر من 4 مرات 
والتطبيق مافي اي خيار تحديث رقم الجوال والايميل ارسلت لهم ايميل نفس الرد مافي اي رد يرسل لي رابط مايشتغل معي تعبت منهم تجربه غير مرضيه
