Once per term; declining costs you nothing. Step-by-step walkthrough — Eight steps on first launch covering the basics: the card, the meters, the control bar, cabinet salaries, time, the council, your file, and the hidden fifth meter — home. Can be reopened from Settings. Balance The treasury no longer collapses or overflows. Every facility you build widens the tax base, public satisfaction feeds collections, and the winter bill is capped. When the vault is full the surplus doesn't sit there: it goes out into the city and comes back as support and standing. Removed the "the family fell apart" ending. Home still makes you pay for neglecting it, but it no longer takes the chair on its own. Fixes Fixed being stuck at month 48: a term lost at the ballot box now closes properly, and the main menu no longer offers the dead run as "resume". Election night plays again; the city map is painted district by district as the boxes are counted. The polling and election screens now use the game's own city map. The council session fits on one screen; the press-and-hold seal is replaced by a single-tap APPROVE / REJECT. Removed the notification banners that cut across the top of the game. Notification permission is now asked once, not on every launch. The audio engine stops in the background and when sound is off; fixed ambience going silent on its own. Faster city map rendering. Updated the Privacy Policy and data notice. ### 1.1 — 2026-08-07 • The game is now in English. The language follows your device's system language automatically. • Full rebalance. Meters no longer jump 10-12 points from a single decision; a turn moves any meter by at most 5. The number you see on screen is now what actually happened. • Longer terms. A month now takes 3 decisions, so the calendar advances more slowly. • Hitting an extreme no longer ends the run instantly: you get a final warning and a turn to recover. You have 3 saves per meter each term. • Gains and losses both shrink near the extremes — pushing 90 to 95 is genuinely hard now. • Graft has a price: as your file thickens, your standing erodes. Ignoring the public costs you standing too. • Tenders fixed. Every tender has its own bid texts; the same line never appears in two different tenders. • On Bird, every reply is written for the post it sits under. No more irrelevant answers. • Lobbies no longer send the same chamber twice in a row, and middle-ground answers like "let's postpone" no longer produce a "demand accepted" headline. • Doing the right thing no longer unfairly damages your standing with the Capital. Illogical penalties on decisions like answering the opposition from the podium or holding a press conference have been corrected. • Budget economy rebalanced; the treasury no longer drains on its own. • On first launch the game asks you to accept a data protection notice and privacy policy.
