I uninstall and reinstall and same thing. But the ball is pretty small and so are the gaps to roll them through. But it’s also pretty hard to even get the right angle and tilt to get it through the gaps. If you are using an iPhone and the ball has just disappeared, try tilting your phone till you see the ball come back to the maze. This happens because the game isn’t specially designed for iPhone so the sharp corners of the game aren’t shown because the rounded corners can’t display them.
