I entered in all info requested and I hit submit, the screen flashes very quickly and dimly and then it keeps me on the registration page. I tried to log in using my credentials to see if the submit did go through, but it did not. Very frustrating. **Developer response:** Hey GSK, you should definitely be able to register, and in a breeze. I’m not going to change my entire phone for one app. Too bad. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Locked out and no support whatsoever. *2024-06-11* It worked OK until I forgot the password. I tried a few times but I just did not remember it. I got out locked out. When I tried contacting support, there was an automatic massage but absolutely no follow-up. I did this twice. It either took way too long to load or it’s white text on a white background. I had to agree to terms I couldn’t see to move on, then got to a form full of black boxes with no labels so I didn’t know what information to enter. Regarding your second comment, Mazel Match has auto-login enabled by default after your initial sign-up. Oh, and in case you ever log on another device and forget your password, don't sweat it :-) There's a secure way to independently restore your password via the Secret Answer/Question you answered during registration which only you'd know.
