## What is MB?

This App allows the remote operation and control as well as arming/disarming of all of your systems from a single application. The provided functions are:
Selection of panel (no of panels is unlimited)
Automatic connection to a specific panel can be selected
Overview of all partitions permitted for this setting
Paritition specific overview for omitting, blocking etc.
Not-ready-to-arm reasons provided by separate tab
Control of macros
Control of doors with temporary release, stady release etc.
Event log with time period filtering
Secure and situation specific user interface wirt context menues, which occur after extended touching of an element
Encrypted connection
Configurable password access, biometric access selectectable
Data export and import of the panel configurations for simple and easy device change/upgrade
 
Definition of up to four access right s groups per MB- Secure panel, while the settings cna be configured individually to the user´s need.
For the required licensing and panel configuration please contact your system integrator.
 
Requirements:
MB-Secure later V09.xx and active licens option 059845 (MB-Secure mobile
App)
Optionally conneciton server for access to panels behind fire walls.
This requires the license option 059840 (MB-Secure option connection server).

Die erste App in meinem Leben, die so unglaublich schlecht ist, dass sie wuetend macht. Staendige App-Abstuerze und Verbindungsabbrueche, minutenlage Blockierung der Verbindung, auch im Alarmfall, usw…. das vollkommen unzeitgemaesse Design mal ganz aussen vor.

Weiterhin keine Lösung zur Push – Benachrichtigung auf die App im Alarmfall (außer teure Lösung über Server von Honeywell). Warum ist das nicht umsetzbar für einen Weltkonzern? Das kann doch gar nicht sein!
Grafische Fehler in der Bedienoberfläche, entweder wird das Feld Verhinderungen oder Meldergruppen bzw. Türen/Makros schwarz und unleserlich angezeigt. 
Weiterhin kann der Home – Bildschirm nicht mit häufig selbst verwendeten Funktionen individuell konfiguriert werden. Auch das ist in anderen Apps Standard.

Da gibt es Anbieter, die haben das weitaus besser im Griff!

Ich bitte dringend um Verbesserungen und Behebung der grafischen Fehler!

Die App ist unterirdisch. Design Katastrophe. App stützt ständig ab. Das ganze User Interface ist ich intuitiv. Die App ist langsam. Push Benachrichtigungen funktionieren nicht. Alle paar Monate funktioniert die App gar nicht mehr und muss vom Techniker neu eingerichtet werden. Also wirklich unfassbar schlechte App.

Nach wie vor ist die App mit Verbindungsaufbau Problemen behaftet.
Nach mehrfacher Anmeldung klappt es in der Regel, aber einem Kunden ist das trotzdem nicht zumutbar!

Wir schreiben das Jahr 2022, für einen Konzern wie Honeywell bedeutet das tiefstes Mittelalter: im Prinzip primitiv aber die Leute werden nach Lust und Laune ausgequetscht. Die App ist richtig weit weg von intuitiv. Als Endkunde kann ich mir nicht einmal eine Bedienungsanleitung im Internet herunter laden. Man muss immer eine Installationsfirma anbetteln; der Endkundensupport ist das Letzte. So muss man leider die App und den Umgang mit den Kunden beschreiben. Damit die letztendlich bei Weitem nicht kostenlose App tatsächlich so funktioniert, wie ich es als Endkunde benötigte, muss ich noch 2 teure Lizenzen kaufen und in die Einbruchmeldeanlage einspielen. 1x Lizenzoption Mobile App 1x Lizenzoption MB-Connector Bei sehr vielen Mitbewerbern ist im 21. Jahrhundert eine vernünftige App absolut gratis dabei; oft auch noch übersichtlicher und funktionaler. Das ist eine totale Frechheit. Mit der Lizenz Mobile App gehe ich noch mit, aber wofür benötigt man zwingend für die Push-Benachrichtigung den Gott-Ver-Dammten MB-Connector, wenn der komplette Rest der App auch ohne funktioniert?!? Aus Sicherheitsgründen??? Ganz sicher nicht, wenn zusätzlich zu meiner Hardware und anstelle möglicher Ende-zu-Ende- Verschlüsselung und 2-Faktorauthentifizierung immer noch ein externer Dienstleister genutzt werden muss. Das ist einfach nur Geldschneiderei und in meinen Augen ein unnötiges Sicherheitsrisiko. Der MB-Connector kommt für mich nicht in Frage, dann lasse ich mir eben SMS, Emails und Anrufe zukommen. Bei 100 Kanälen, die das Wählgerät kann, richtet man das 1x ein und bekommt Meldungen, auf die ein Honeywell Ingenieur nicht kommt. Ihr solltet euch schämen. Ich dachte, mit Honeywell kaufe ich was Vernünftiges, nie wieder…

Warum kurz vor den Feiertagen eine unvollständige APP bereitstellen? Vermittlungsserver mit Dynamischen DNS Eintrag ohne Funktion. APP beendet sich kurz noch der Bedienung mit Fehlermeldung Passwort Falsch?

Die App ist schön und ich habe diese für eine Anlage im Heimbereich schon oft nutzen können. Zeitgemäß ist die App dennoch nicht, denn zahlreiche Abstürze und eine fehlende Benachrichtigung im Alarm Fall wurden schon im letzten Jahr durch andere Leute bemängelt. Anscheinend wird die App nicht gepflegt. Das ist sehr schade.
