설정 들어가셔서 국가 대한민국으로 되어있는지 확인 한번 해보세요. 해외에서 사용하던 아이폰으로도 안되고 갤럭시도 연결실패 현재 사용중인 새로운 아이폰도 마찬가지로 아예 블랙박스랑 연결 자체가 안되더라구요. 이래저래 확인해보니 예전 폰부터 국가 설정이 다른 국가로 되어있어서 연결이 안된거였어요 저 같은 경우엔. 대한민국으로 국가 변경후엔 튕김 현상 없이 연결 됩니다. 그런데 앱 자체가 너무 구려요. 사용하기 불편하고, 다운로드 속도도 너무 느려요. 개발자분 개선 부탁 드립니다. 업데이트 할때 이미 지나도 한참 지난듯하네요.

동영상을 어플로 다운받는것도 불편하지만 그럼에도 다운받았으나 아이폰 갤러리로 내보내기가 안됨.
앞으로도 안될 계획이라고 함. (스타뷰 콜센터 문의 결과)
팔아놓고 문제점이 발생했음에도 개선의 의지가 1도없음. 아이폰에서 사용제한이 있다고 사전고지없이 독과점으로 계약해서 팔아먹는거 소보원에 신고해야 된다고 생각됨.
