This app is not functioning anymore. Everyone needs to shift to mBandhan 2.0. When it was functioning, it bad lots of bugs, which were very annoying.

Last month I have been charged for 1000 rs plus gst for non maintenance balance. So immediately I visited bank branch to downgrade my account i did all paperwork’s which was needed on march after 20 days they did not downgraded and again i have been charged 1000 rs plus gst for non-maintenance. This was not my fault
I am going to close my account due to very poor service and miss leading inform to customers and will also file complain on consumer forum

The mBandhan app is extremely unstable. Whenever I try to transfer money, the app hangs and the transaction doesn’t go through. This issue has been happening for two days and has caused a lot of inconvenience, especially when I needed to make an urgent payment. Please fix the performance and reliability issues as soon as possible. A banking app should be smooth and dependable.
