So immediately I visited bank branch to downgrade my account i did all paperwork’s which was needed on march after 20 days they did not downgraded and again i have been charged 1000 rs plus gst for non-maintenance. Each time, I get the same generic response, but no actual resolution. As a customer, it's frustrating to see that even after identifying the problem and giving them time to fix it, nothing has changed. This raises concerns about how seriously they take app performance and user feedback. Suggestion: It will be helpful if we can share screenshot or something if some transaction is done.
