Extremely bad customer support. Nobody replying to email even if you send it 50
Or 100!! Nobody want to help me if accidentally you reach them by phone. So it has no sense to open account here

I have business account with mbank when I need to add beneficry I have to open laptop and add beneficry then after 4 hour can send payment and in mobile no have option to add beneficry what is this app if I need bank statement I have to call customer service why every time I have to call customers support from mbank I think Wio is best we can get statement instant from application to email and receipt also very smooth use but no have any option all faces problems

They start resolving issue with payment transfers around 5 days ago and still we have problem, transfers fully not working. Due salaries payment and other payments also because of this issue.
