I checked it on 2 iOS devices and was unable to login on both. However, when i tried it on an android device the login was successful. The developer shall look into this issue. It’s crashes, the user interface is unwelcoming, it doesn’t even fit on my screen, too many OTP verifications so much so that every click requires one. Learn from HBL app which is the best by far even with their new update. Without going into the plethora of issues they have regarding day to day banking experience with them, their app just keeps crashing. Plus they keep asking for OTP code each time you need to just log in. Bot to make transaction but just to see basic information about your bank account. What if you’re outside the country and have a foreign sim or simply using your iPad? They're far too thick to understand that. No point in asking you to avoid now that you’re here... Switch. The money gets cut from account but the third party doesn’t receive it. I had to pay twice at the petrol pump (with card and then cash) because the card wasn’t working.
