At no point was it clearly disclosed to me that I would incur such a charge. It is unacceptable to charge customers for calling a customer service number provided directly through your app, particularly when the call was to resolve an issue with your service. MBC is a well established multi-billion-dollar company! Cancelling my subscription, I am requesting a full refund of the $52.50 phone charge.
