### 3/5 — Crash!

*2012-11-16*

Has been a simple & reliable favorite on my iPhone but now it crashes when I try to open a folder. Was the iOS 6 upgrade to blame???

### 3/5 — Great but...

*2011-04-12, version 1.1.1*

Great app and very easy to use. Would get 5 stars hands down if I could email my files like most other USB drive apps

### 3/5 — Faulty connection to network

*2011-02-03, version 0*

Sometimes the computers won't connect to the network address the app provides.

Also, please create an option to email a file or folder from the list in the mbdrive. And if you can, explore other ways to get the files out in case you cant connect to a network as stated.

Thanks.

### 2/5 — Aggravating

*2010-12-06*

You can easily transfer files (mp3) into the iphone, but when i tried to transfer them from my iphone to another computer it just DOES NOT work!! Aggravated n i wasted my money.

### 4/5 — MR. Green

*2010-08-23*

Verty nice, byt need work on picture page and imidite fit screen mode... with page mode or next pic in folder mode.

### 2/5 — Inconsistent

*2010-07-30*

Great idea with poor implementation. Inadequate apps take the joy and efficiency out of the iPhone!!

### 4/5 — Best wifi drive I have found for the money

*2010-07-21*

For the money this is the best wifi drive I have found to manage a moderate number of files. The UI is easy to use. Not too many bells and whistles, but you get more with this app than with many other higher priced file storage apps.

Small Complaints/Suggestions for Improvement:
1. Once you open a file you have to close the app and reboot to get back to the main menu. For this reason I couldn't recommend this for those of you who need to continually access a large number of files on your iPhone.
2. You cannot export files from the drive into your iPhone camera roll. (note: you can import from the camera roll into the drive)
3. Viewing landscape images when the phone is held in the portrait position adds a large white bar to the bottom of the image.

### 4/5 — Dose what it says

*2010-07-17, version 0*

Very good as an offsite backup, I use robocopy to backup my projects.

Only issue is that I haven't figured out how to change the port number.

### 3/5 — Cool but......

*2010-07-13*

Is there a way you can make it so I we can transfer files through a USB cord? So I don't need wifi everywhere

### 2/5 — Low-hanging fruit

*2010-06-30, version 0*

So these guys went through the trouble to implement a webdav server over wifi for this application, but they didn't think that an 'upload' link would be useful on the default web page? To be clear, if you use mbdrive with web folders in Windows or Connect To Server with the OS X Finder, you'll be fine, but most people will instead connect to it with a web browser, and the web browser won't understand the webdav command set - it needs explicit links to do file operations. Only problem is, mbpowertools didn't include any! All you get in a web browser is the ability to view your files, not do any kind of file management like upload files to the drive, rename them, move them, or anything else. Would that have been so difficult?

### 4/5 — Add more

*2010-06-13*

Great! Works just as said in the description. It would be better if you could save the photos, music, and movies to your iPhone or iPod touch.

### 2/5 — mbdrive

*2010-03-13*

This works pretty good with the exception that it wont rememer your place in a pdf and if your looking at a doc with lots of pages you have to keep scrolling down on page at a time. If you read parts of it at a time its a real pain to get to where you left off of.

### 3/5 — Couple of issues

*2010-03-04, version 0*

I mainly wanted this app for two reasons. To be able to watch some TV episodes I have that iTunes wont convert & to be able to review pdf docs that I work on whilst on the move.

I haven't been able to get anything larger than 20mb or so to transfer yet, but that might be an issue at my end.

Also I had big trouble getting my Vista Laptop to connect to the app through WiFi (which is kinda the point). If you do have this issues also try this:

Computer > Map Network Drive > Connect to a website that you can use to store your documents and pictures (the link at the bottom of the window)

Then enter in the IP address as instructed.

All in all, an alright app, but there is some improvements to be made.

### 4/5 — Great idea

*2010-02-20*

Great idea but i cant put anything on it. It says my iphone is corrupted

### 2/5 — Erratic behavior

*2010-01-18*

Worked well on my home wifi, but nowhere else...

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Large files

*2010-04-02, version 0*

Had problems transferring files bigger then 20mb. The transfer window on the pc would be stuck at 90% and just hang there. Very disappointing

### 1/5 — dont waste ur money

*2010-03-31*

doesnt work, cant even upload a 91mb pdf file...goes black then back to home screen

### 1/5 — Does not work for large files (350Mb)!

*2010-03-24*

It work fine for small files transfer, but no can do for large.
How do I get my money back??

Also, if you view a file, you can't go back to the main menue, you have to close the app and restart it!

### 1/5 — Mb drive

*2010-02-20, version 0*

Total rip off

### 1/5 — Laptop engineer

*2010-01-18, version 0*

I'm sorry I bought it. Completley useless

### 1/5 — Currently a Dud......

*2010-01-16, version 0*

.Doesn't connect or recognize the file path/IP address despite following the instructions to the letter. Trying to get an answer from the App people.

### 1/5 — Caution

*2009-12-10, version 0*

Despite the claim that it can read Microsoft Office files this app cannot read xlsx or docx files etc from Office 2007. It is quite deceitful that mbpowertools neglect to mention this in their pitch.

### 1/5 — Why?

*2009-12-09*

This did not work!

### 1/5 — Extreme Disappointment

*2009-11-20*

Great idea, can not make it work.

### 2/5 — No working to open folders

*2012-12-12, version 1.1.1*

### 5/5 — Wow

*2010-06-04, version 0*

This is a great app to have keeps files safe and is handy to have when you don't have a flash drive for back up.

### 5/5 — Works Great If You Know How To Work It!

*2010-05-02*

To go back instead of going to the home screen just tap a few times (I haven't figured out exactly how it works, but it does) at the top status bar on the iPhone and a tiny menu will pop up with a back button.

I can even watch videos and such with this app, and then delete them from the app!

It makes file transferring really simple! And files upload to the iPhone very quickly!

### 5/5 — Best pendrive ever

*2010-02-12*

It works!!!!!!!! If ur stuck and need help just go to settings then help and read the instruction on the computer you have 

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2010-02-03*

This is one of the most useful apps ever. It is well made and user friendly. The help directions are very descriptive (for both windows and mac) and it works perfectly.

### 5/5 — Pleasantly surprised

*2010-01-01, version 0*

Unlike other similar apps that only give u 2 gigs of space. This app lets u utilize the whole storage space of ur phone. Easy to use, worth the 2 bucks

### 5/5 — Mr

*2009-12-26, version 0*

Bought this app still can 't get a connection can someone please let me know how thanks

### 5/5 — Works just as advertised right "out of the box"

*2009-12-25*

Works great w/ zero config after install, even more convenient to use with a little setup on the PC: just map a network drive on your PC to the WebDav server for quick & easy access to drap/drop transfer both ways. Plus, it's easy to change connection port the in app settings to avoid any conflict with your other apps that transfer via wifi. Very slick app, well done!

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2009-12-25*

Not sure what all the reported problems are but I started with the free version and liked it so much I upgraded. Read the help.

### 5/5 — Great

*2009-12-07, version 0*

Best 59p ever spent! Easy to use and very fast to transfer files! You can view files on iPhone also, which you can't do on a normal flash drive! Very nice up!!
