Ich hab mehrere Leute angeschrieben, nur eine Antwort bekommen, die überhaupt nicht hilfreich war. Auf Rückfrage wird dann gar nicht mehr reagiert. Keine Ahnung, wozu dieses App überhaupt dienen soll.

Die garantierte Antwort innerhalb von 48 Stunden erfolgte nicht. Bei einer Ansprechpartnerin ist noch die Abwesenheitsnotiz von Weihnachten im Chat. Bei der Anmeldung muss man, wenn der Benutzername bereits vergeben ist die App löschen und neu laden.

This app has been quite helpful. I like the fact that you actually chat with a person. Not knowing what to do in a new country is hard already, let alone not speaking the language. Although I wish there could be more options for the languages. I know not a lot of people can speak English or German. But it is good to know that help like this can be found! Also, I wish they can expand more to other states here in Germany.

I have got great help and prompt response from Frau Tubbesing. She went extra miles to find the answers and got me connected with right people.
I would highly recommend this App to everyone and Frau Tubbesing for prompt services as well as great knowledge on legal matters.

This App needs few improvements:
delay in notifications, sometimes keyboard is unresponsive, App freezes.
