Egyébként az alkalmazás aránylag hasznalható ha épp nincs 3-4 napi banki szünet rendszeresen, amiről semmilyen e-mail-es értesítést nem küldött eddig a bank és van amikor napi fizetési korlátot a központi telefonon keresztül sem lehet módosítani, ez mondjuk egy banknál NEM megengedhető! ### 2/5 — App not working *2025-05-13, version 3.5.1* This app used to work just fine until I had to re download it due to buying a new phone. I’ve not been able to login since as there’s an error message keeps popping up on the screen saying “ login in unavailable at the moment, please try again later or call customer services “ . Which I did . No use, problem still stands. Is a big shame though I used to like it before this happened ### 1/5 — App Slow - transaction always rejected *2025-05-08, version 3.5.1* Every time I am trying to make an online transaction, I got a rejection, mentioning that it is a suspicious activity. After that, the application just keeps loading. Plusz kb.az egyenlegemen kivul semmit nem mutat. Hogy lehet ennyire bonyolult & nem mukodo appot letrehozni??? This app is absolutely awful exactly like the previous one. It’s incredibly hard to find any information and crashes all the time at login. Takes like 3-4 attempts every time. I have 4 other bank apps, no issues at all. Its nlt working neither with traditional login neither aith faceid. These things should be fixed as soon as possible. When you try to exchange money from your own account to your own account, you always get a communication error. ### 1/5 — Worst upgrade ever *2024-07-30, version 3.2.1* I have used the previous version of the app and even though it was outdated design wise, the functionality worked very well. This new application is a piece of garbage. I don’t get any notification to approve my online purchases. I cannot add an additional profile like it was possible before for connected accounts. This is a nightmare. BB-nál voltam előtte. ### 1/5 — Apple Pay doesn’t not work *2025-10-01, version 3.7.0* It’s terrible i actually thought that this is a good bank but its terrible i *have* a student bank account and the employee told me there are no taxes or fees but it still takes money out of my account like its just casual it’s labeled as kozpont and card fees after i open it… and the apple pay doesn’t work it says contact bank i call the customer service no. and they tell me they will call me back but never do what ever you do just avoid this bank. ### 1/5 — Still not working! *2025-09-01, version 3.7.0* A month after modernization your app still doesn’t work on my phone properly! The school-leaving IT exam is more complex than this SQL based, so called “database”. 8 years ago Takarek had a simple NetBank that was useful for everyday basis. Suddenly, it crashes at login, so I can no longer access any of my accounts. What’s even more inconvenient is that with the iPhone app defunct, there’s no QR code generation, so access via a computer browser becomes a long and clunky process as well. Elérhetővé vált az Apple Pay szolgáltatás a Mastercard és Visa kártyákkal rendelkező ügyfeleink számára. A használatához adja hozzá bankkártyáját az Apple Wallet alkalmazásban. Eltűnt a hitelkártya számla számlázási ciklus utáni minimum és teljes fizetendő összeg. 2. Bank kártyával történt fizetéskor nem kapok azonnali értesítést. Ez biztonsági okokból fontos ha pl. Illetéktelen fizetés történik azonnal észrevehető. Ez bank és ez ügyfél érdeke egyaránt. **Developer response:** Kedves Ügyfelünk! From time to time I don’t see my transaction history. Account balance changes randomly, unprocessed credit card payments Without corrective debit transaction... the only important thing a Bank should deliver is trust and reliability.
