I have been with this app since it’s launch and recommend it to holistic colleagues.  It’s ability to streamline general wellness living is great for those helping others take complete personal authority over their day to day behaviors . 

My only hold of 4 vs 5 star status is because I approach integrative health from a Wellcare holistic systems model with strong movement education and spiritual self studies.  This app is geared mostly towards diagnosed illness healing and talk based health coaching groups.
