If this app is for Mercedes throughout the world then it should provide good connection with us paying so much. ### 1/5 — Great car terrible app *2025-06-24, version 4.5.19* It’s very shocking to me that the app is so bad and has so many bugs. 9 out 10 times I want to use it, it says “sorry we are have technical issues” or it is under maintenance. It’s very very slow (don’t worry the car is not) super glitchy. And I find it beyond pathetic that I have had cheaper cars with much much better apps with more options and no bugs, not to mention those apps cost me a fraction of the price! If you are considering to get MBrace save your money and don’t or pay your kid to go out and start your car for you every morning lol. If you already have MBrace call and cancel they will refund the part of your membership that you did not use yet. For a luxury brand like Mercedes-Benz, this app is shockingly unreliable and far from premium. Basic features like remote start, lock/unlock, and vehicle locator work inconsistently—if at all. The Driving Journal has never functioned properly, and it’s been broken since I first downloaded the app. Add constant app crashes, unexpected logouts, and delayed (or missing) notifications, and you’re left with a tool that causes more frustration than convenience. To make matters worse, this app is not cheap. You pay a premium for a service that simply does not deliver. And don’t get me started on the Mercedes-Benz in-car Wi-Fi/internet service—it’s unreliable and barely usable. For the amount customers pay, this entire digital experience feels like a bait-and-switch. Mercedes-Benz needs to do better. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s embarrassing for a brand that’s supposed to represent innovation and excellence. ### 1/5 — Very Unreliable *2025-05-19, version 4.5.19* Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. More often than not, it doesn’t work. Like for an app that doesn’t work, they sure have more updates than any other app I use. Very disappointing. Please fix ASAP!!! ### 5/5 — The Best Car Application *2023-06-11* Every morning I leave to work at the same time. 10 minutes before I head out I warm up my car with the app. If I’m out doing something and left my car behind I can see where it’s location is if it’s unlocked I can lock it. I can set my service appointment and do over the air vehicle updates. I can create a geo fence so that I’m notified if Valet went for a joy ride and I can even change the settings of my ambient lighting. This is not all it can do… I already love my Mercedes-Benz but this app reminds me of how great of a brand I’ve chosen to associate myself with. However, the remote start feature is way too strict and does not let me start the car when I still have plenty of fuel for over a 100 miles. I would also love to see the feature where you can block the car even from being started. The delay is horrible on the app. Then you can only try 3 times after that it will not work. Even though it never started. Mercedes go back to auto start on the Key please.
