Been banking here 35 yrs always paid my loans and anything owed, one day out of the blue they demand 40k in 6 months to be paid off… screw you!!

This app is awful. Mobile deposits a a complete nightmare. Most of the time they reject and they don’t tell you, let alone tell you why. 
There are certain rules to follow while doing a deposit, but there are also unwritten rules that will make your deposit reject. 
They need to be clear in the expectations on mobile deposits.

I have loved this app, but I can no longer use it without buying a new phone because I have to download ISO 17.0 but I can’t unless I buy a $1000 phone.  Sad.

I like the app over all. I really wish you were able to name individual accounts to keep track of them better vs them being “checking 1” and “checking 2”. Each of my accounts is for something specific and being able to name them to match that would be so nice.

I have a difficult time taking photos of a check go mobile deposits.  They want you to tap the middle of the screen, instead of where the normal shutter button.  This is an awkward reach

I have been trying to get into my account and it’s telling me to update then it tells me my phone has to be a 16s so it won’t let me into my account. It tells me with my phone I have to download a lower version but it will not update. I am not in the mood to buy another phone,, is there another way to get into my account?????
