App must be updated urgently !!! ### 3/5 — Connection drop *2024-08-20, version 1.7.26* This app works when device is just turned on, but after two or three time of checking battery status it won't connect until restarting device again or maybe waiting for couple of hours, gives an error “bluetooth disconnected and the app can not be operated”. So it’s connection is buggy and needs to be fixed. ### 4/5 — Battery programming is awesome *2024-05-02, version 1.7.26* Awesome app that allows you to connect via Bluetooth to view, setup and execute personalized battery recipes as one sees fit for their cylindrical cells. I have seen some issues with three aspects of the application that are troublesome. 1. Recipes that are long will stop keeping track or time @ 18:12:15 every time. What runs that long, Refresh mode and a few others. Example: 5000mAh NiCad battery will run for just over 2days in Break-in mode. 2. Bluetooth will drop connection and not refresh. Solution I have found is to close app and reopen to reconnect. Another person stated that they turn off and need to cancel running recipe, but dower want to cancel…try rebooting app. 3. Sort recipes not allowing to sort. The only options allowed to perform is to deletes and cancel. No option to sort as needed unless created in order needed. Thus far, these are the only issues I’ve personally experienced. Dann gibt es auch Five Stars. ### 2/5 — Wish they would fix the bugs *2022-11-18* This app is a great idea and just needs the developer to fix the few very well publicised bugs. For example, the timer freezes at 18:12:15. On completion of some jobs the results displayed on the charger differ from the app. ### 2/5 — Flakey connection *2022-07-05, version 1.6.4* Firstly, being able to check the progress of a program on your phone has been far more useful than I expected. It is really convenient. Unfortunately this app often fails to connect - needing the charger to be power cycled. The app does the basics, creating charge/discharge programs and running/stopping programs, viewing some basic stats and progress. It does seam to be an opportunity missed, the app could do so much more. ### 1/5 — Все глючит… *2022-01-25, version 1.6.2* Это самое дорогое зарядное в этом классе и приложение его весомая часть! Это приложение изначально полноценно не работало. То есть его наличие это фикция. Все дальнейшие его доработки были сделаны на отвали, кое как. С каждым обновлением глюков только добавлялось. Сейчас данные не только не обновляются в телефоне, но могут и обновляться частично, постоянно цифры на экране зарядного и в приложении разные, графики тупят, проще говоря тупит и глючит все приложение. Это позор! Лично я больше не готов платить компании SkyRc за ее недоделанные устройства, увы но для меня вы перешли из разряда именитого бренда в раздел дешевых и посредственных производителей цель которых не качество продукта, а разовый заработок. ### 3/5 — Some bugs *2022-01-10, version 1.6.2* Если отключиться и снова подключиться, то общее время работы в цикле или breake in зависает, иногда вовсе невозможно подключиться к прибору. Устанавливая режим breake in для Eneloop pro программа отображает корректно 0.1С заряда, но если сохранить, то программа ставит 0.2С тем самым я залил в батарейки в два раза больше ёмкости! Будьте осторожны! ### 1/5 — Нельзя запустить процесс зарядки *2021-12-22, version 1.5.8* Не запускается процесс, вместо запуска, приложение пишет Device error. А на дисплее зарядного устройства переключается в меню общих настроек. Андроидовское не работает на современных телефонах (удалось запустить только на Андроид 6 версии и там б/м работает ). И тут накосячили. Specifically, they realized, after my report, that the TERMINATION CURRENT: Zero setting was only selectable in the app, not on the charger itself. Guess the outcome of my efforts and their solution? Remove the ability to set it via the app as well. The manual now provides false information, and it's no longer possible to perform a full charge at 4.20V, which previously worked perfectly fine with only a marginal increase in charging time. I was shocked by their approach to problem-solving, it's a massive disappointment. Never in my life would I have thought that, in an effort to improve a product, my report would go in the opposite direction, effectively sabotaging their own product. You are mediocre, SkyRC, and I felt it was important to expose this mediocrity to the world. I will always do my best to warn others about what’s really going on behind the scenes of this supposedly « best » charger —— Good app in principle, but it lacks polish for the perfect 5/5 - Unable to edit a profile name; once entered, the text is no longer visible and can only be edited by deleting everything and retyping blindly, maybe supporting the screen rotation could solve the problem, or ideally place the title input as a first settings on top of the screen, not at the bottom where everything is hidden - No iCloud sync. When creating X programs on iPhone, they must be manually recreated on iPad, boring ☹️ - Exporting raw data is nice, but I’d prefer a more detailed in-app chart or the ability to easily recreate one from the raw data. Yet I haven’t found a easy way to create a cool graphic from the exported datas - Directly exporting a program to the SkyRC but this features might be limited to the hardware, I’m pretty sure the above concerns are easier to improve. Телефон при включённом блютуз не определяет зарядное устройство . Тогда как, остальные устройства видны в меню поиска. Планшет Samsung Galaxy S4 определяет зарядное устройство, но при вводе пароля подключение по блютуз отсутствует. Зарядное устройство SKYRC MC3000 версия прошивки 1.15. Модификация с двумя кулерами версия 2.2. Жаль, что нет возможности воспользоваться приложением и выставить необходимые настройки. Приложение заработало только при подключении геолокации помимо включенного блютуз. So I paid little mind to this app for the first 6 months of ownership. However, now that I’m delving into the app more, I find it quite useful. 1) simply monitoring battery charging without having to travel to the garage is great. I open my phone from several rooms over and launch the app, it connects and tells me what’s going on. 2) I’ve now started creating simple programs in the app. Sure they don’t have all the same features you can get at the machine, but it has enough. I see other reviews complaining about stuff like “slots are labeled 0-3 rather than 1-4”. smh. The app works, and is a welcome change from the world of crappy apps companies try to foist on you for added value to their hardware. ### 5/5 — It just works *2021-02-16, version 1.5.2* I’m not sure what the others that are having problems with the iOS application. I had to update the charger firmware to change settings via the app but no complaints otherwise. Bluetooth just works (no pairing needed) and the app filled the screen.
