## What is MCA MobiFone?

Dịch vụ Thông báo cuộc gọi nhỡ MCA (Missed Call Alert) nhằm mục đích thông báo cho thuê bao biết các số máy điện thoại gọi đến nhưng không thành công do thuê bao tắt máy, hết pin hoặc ngoài vùng phủ sóng. Ngay sau khi thuê bao sử dụng dịch vụ MCA bật máy hoặc trở lại vùng phủ sóng, hệ thống sẽ gửi tin thông báo các cuộc gọi đến bị nhỡ.
Ứng dụng MCA cung cấp cho người dùng một giao diện thân thiện để thao tác với dịch vụ MCA bao gồm:
-	Đăng ký, Hủy dịch vụ một cách nhanh chóng, thuận tiện
-	Kiểm tra trạng thái đăng ký của dịch vụ
-	Đăng ký, cài đặt các tính năng đi kèm của dịch vụ MCA như:
o	Sleeptime: Cài đặt giờ không nhận tin thông báo gọi nhỡ
o	Phonebook: Danh bạ người dùng trên hệ thống MCA
o	Email: Cài đặt nhận thông báo gọi nhỡ qua Email
o	Forward: Cài đặt chuyển tiếp cuộc gọi nhỡ sang một số điện thoại mobifone khác
o	Notifyme: Cài đặt thông báo nhập mạng trở lại
-	Nhận thông báo cuộc gọi nhỡ qua giao diện ứng dụng
-	Tự đồng bộ danh bạ với danh bạ máy, hiên thị thông tin về tên, ảnh đại diện…

Vì sao người quản lý MCA Mobifone này thiếu vận động quá....
App luôn luôn bị lỗi không hiển thị danh sách gọi nhỡ dù gỡ rồi cài rồi đăng ký dịch vụ lại cũng vậy.
Nhà mạng không qản lý nhân viên sẽ bị mất uy tín đó.
