### 4/5 — New user

*2026-07-13*

I just started using the app and feel it has a lot of very useful tools. However, it seems there are bugs that need to be fixed. When I check items off my reminder list and change the time because I’m a little late on marking them complete but then I’ll go back in to the app later and notice the reminders are appearing again as undone. This has happened multiple times.

**Developer response:** Tracking MCAS symptoms consistently is one of the best ways to spot patterns, so it is great that the tools are clicking for you. The reminder behavior you are describing, where completed items reappear as undone after editing the time, is not expected. A recent update included improvements that may have addressed this, so updating to the latest version is worth trying first. If it keeps happening after that, reach out to support with your device model and OS version so the team can dig into your specific setup and get your medication logs staying accurate.

### 5/5 — Very useful

*2026-06-11*

Setting up MCAS Tracker was quick and straightforward, and I was logging symptoms, meals, and medications within minutes. The trigger correlation feature has been the most helpful for me because it helped me notice that certain high histamine foods and stressful days were often followed by flushing and headaches. I use the app daily to track different symptoms like skin reactions, digestive issues, fatigue, sleep, and medication responses, and the reports make it much easier to understand patterns over time.

**Developer response:** Spotting that high histamine foods and stressful days kept showing up right before flushing and headaches is exactly the kind of pattern that is so hard to catch in the moment but jumps out once it is all logged in one place. That correlation insight only gets sharper the more you track, so the skin reactions, digestive issues, fatigue, sleep, and medication responses you are recording daily are quietly building a much clearer picture of your triggers. The reports pulling it all into a readable health summary you can actually act on, or bring to an appointment, is where symptom tracking really earns its keep. Keep at it, and thanks for sharing how it is working for you.

### 5/5 — App review

*2026-06-08*

I just want to say I’m really mind blown about this app already, and I just got started. They say health is wealth, which it true and very important. I have a feeling I’m going to have a great time with this app. Amazing job developers.

**Developer response:** That kind of energy right out of the gate is always great to hear. You are absolutely right that health is wealth, and the real value kicks in once you start building a consistent habit with your symptom tracking and daily logs. After a couple of weeks of check-ins, the patterns and correlations start to surface, and that is where things get really interesting. Enjoy the journey, and welcome aboard.

### 2/5 — Needs Improvement

*2026-05-14*

The tracker keeps deleting my information. I have completed my profile at least five times now. It’s deleted again. Also it keeps deleting the medications in the medication tab.

**Developer response:** This isn't expected behavior, and we'd want to look into your specific account to understand what's happening. Updating to the latest version from the App Store often resolves sync-related issues with older builds. If your tracking data still isn't holding after updating, reach out to us directly so we can take a closer look.
