### 5/5 — Awesomely

An awesome way to study new terms and make sure that I repeat more difficult terms. Recommended!

### 5/5 — Super helpful!

*2019-03-15*

I actually enjoy studying with this app. Easy to use and doesn’t constantly annoy me with offers to purchase a subscription and whatnot. It’s great for testing yourself on the main concepts in a simplified manner, and convenient for studying during downtime while on the go i.e. on a lunch break at work etc. I also like how it really cements the concepts by repeating the flashcards that you got wrong. 10/10 recommend.

### 5/5 — Very good and simplified flash cards

*2018-07-13*

Enjoyed using the app especially being free. Wondering if the flashcards can include a flip feature to go back to the word then definition considering most other apps have this.

Note: the word three appears back to back in the Citric Acid Cycle describing NADH

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2018-05-06*

Super helpful app! I do wish the app had some kind of quiz feature! But overall still five stars, awesome way to study important concepts when you have a small break or are commuting somewhere!

### 5/5 — Good for overview review

*2017-01-08, version 2.4.2*

It's a free app. It's great for that and no ads! The content is good but there's not tons of it. I like the way once you look at a question it categorizes if you knew it or not.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 3/5 — Mediocre but free

*2021-08-12*

The terms given have a “I knew this” or “I did not know this” option. I wish they had a middle of the road option like the blueprint Flashcards so it wouldn’t get rid of them. I also wish it would give you a few more terms before repeating the ones marked “did not know”. Most things are obvious but there’s always a piece of newer/important info that I wouldn’t have mentioned but would like to incorporate. I also wish some questions were in here too.

### 3/5 — Only memorization

*2019-07-13*

This is a useful tool to help memorize the words that you may not know; however, the MCAT only has about 20% memorization based questions and almost 40% application of knowledge based questions. I feel like having a section with MCAT like questions would be useful in this app or some general quiz like feature would be nice.

### 4/5 — Great Free App

*2023-05-24*

This is a great app for Flashcards. However, I would like to see more formulas on the card and to see all the available cards at once. Other that those few small things, this is a great app.

### 4/5 — Stay Fresh on Material

*2021-07-23*

Good for quick on the go mental refreshing

### 4/5 — Very useful App

*2021-05-20*

If you would like to learn and memorize important concepts, this is the app to go! What I love about it is that you do not need to have internet access to access it since it is an app. Wish I will be able to access the videos too!
Overall, thumbs up!!

### 4/5 — Mcat

*2020-12-01, version 3.1.0*

Great app

### 4/5 — Useful tool

*2020-09-21*

These flashcards are an accessible and easy way to study, when you’re waiting in line or just going about life and want to make the most of your time. Although they are solely memorization, it was really helpful for me to be familiar with terms that come up a lot in passages. It helped me feel more confident reading passages and answering the independent questions.

### 4/5 — App Layout

*2019-05-19*

I like the app and the content it contains but I just wish the layout was a bit more visually appealing to the eye.

### 4/5 — Liked it

*2016-09-02, version 2.4.2*

Good way to review and repetitively review.
Only complaint is it's a bit watered down. Good for psych/soc section and for the memorization basics for Bio and BioChem

### 5/5 — Review

Very detailed flash cards with pertinent study material. It really helps on the go.

## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great app that goes along with the course

*2021-07-19*

I think this app complements the magoosh course really well and has some important terms we need to know. I like that if you don’t know the word it sends it to review and shows it again until you’ve mastered it. This app is really simple to use. The only thing that I would add is being able to make our own flashcards or just having more flashcards. Great app overall.

### 5/5 — Highly recommend!

*2021-06-12*

I really enjoy using the mcat flashcards! It’s so much easier to use premade flashcard sets. I like the way the app is structured. Download it and try it out!

### 5/5 — I get distracted easily

*2021-04-25*

This helped to keep me focused. Explanations and practical examples which I was able to reinforce through videos. If the MCAT is a Goliath then this app is the sling.

### 5/5 — Flashcards

*2021-02-24*

The flashcards are very helpful to study whenever you are on the go and want to review. Super easy to access from your phone! Thanks Magoosh!

### 5/5 — JUST DO IT

*2021-01-20*

Like my caption says just do it and download the app. I promise you , you will not regret it. In fact, you may even thank yourself for not having to write out over a 100 flash cards- I know I did. On a more serious note, this app is great. The index cards are very helpful and aren’t overflowing with information. It’s enough information to help you get the idea down so you can build on it from there. Highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

### 5/5 — Stellar flashcards

*2020-12-17*

I love how these are connected to my online account! These definitions are simple and memorable. They also quickly help me determine my weak subject areas.

### 5/5 — Great for getting an overview

*2020-09-21*

I like how each deck doesn’t have TOO many cards, but the cards touch on a lot of important MCAT topics to know. Would highly recommend!
