There are still lots of issues with the app and customer service that need improving. My debit card was blocked over a year ago, and I still can’t use it. Icalled helpline multiple times and completed all required verification, yet they still seem to think I’m using someone else’s account. I even visited an MCB branch, but they couldn’t verify me either and simply advised me to call the helpline again. ,extremely frustrating after more than a year. Disaster to add beneficiary. If trying to add via IBAN (which is proper and secure way) it adds it as Raast account, hence you can’t transfer any money. If you break the account apart, then you can send money. Sometimes it does let you select bank name, but from other menu it doesn’t give you an option to add bank. (Clear cut bug in the MCB live app), not sure what kind of software engineers designed it.
