However, the administrative staff are extremely disappointing. Their behaviour, responsiveness and professionalism are far below the expected standard and, in my experience, are even below what we generally see in Government schools. The administration needs significant improvement in terms of communication, accountability, courtesy and handling of parents’ concerns. Good teaching alone is not enough for a school to provide a satisfactory overall experience; the administrative side also needs to be professional and responsible. ### 2/5 — Notifications became a problem and other minor issues. *2026-02-19, version 3.5.7* This Parent Portal app doesn’t provide notifications of any homeworks goven by the school. Due to this, we are not knowing whether they gave the hw or not. The other problem is that it takes an eternity to load. Since the school is located in Maharashtra, where Marathi is the Rajbhasha, I was expecting some form of celebration or acknowledgement of Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din on 27th February. It is an important day to honor our state language and cultural heritage. While the school does a commendable job in many academic and extracurricular activities, recognizing such culturally significant days helps students stay connected to local traditions and values. I hope the school management will consider celebrating Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din in the future and encourage students to appreciate the rich heritage of Marathi language and literature.
