## What is MCCN?

Our app connects workers from approved organizations with volunteer health providers, supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being—no matter where they are. We offer curated resources, community support, and easy access to care for workers in challenging and remote environments.

Approved users can request care, and our care coordinators will connect them with the right health professional to address their concerns. Once matched, workers and care providers can chat, share files, and join video calls, building meaningful care relationships over time.

The app includes basic electronic health record features, empowering workers to manage their health and ensuring smooth transitions between providers. With a focus on security, user-friendliness, and putting workers in control of their health journey, our app makes quality care accessible—even in the most resource-limited settings.
